This document defines the governance principles guiding the institutional structure and decision-making processes of the WiFi Quality Institute (WQI).
The framework establishes foundational principles intended to support transparency, independence of technical judgment and institutional credibility in the development of Wi-Fi quality evaluation methodologies and related standards.
The current edition also clarifies publication control, proportionate handling of technical disagreements and the reporting of concerns, without presuming that separate procedures have already been adopted.
